By using the TeachBook app (“the app”), published by Kevin Blayassi (“the publisher”), you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
TeachBook is an organization tool for teachers (classes, timetables, gradebook, observations, documents). The app is provided “as is”.
Some features require a Premium subscription (monthly or yearly plan, with a free trial period).
• Purchase and billing are handled by Apple through your App Store account.
• The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, in your App Store account settings.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the period.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when you purchase a paid subscription.
• Family Sharing is supported.
• Subscriptions are managed and cancelled in the App Store settings, not in the app.
You are responsible for the data you enter, in particular information about students (often minors). You agree to enter only data for which you have a legal basis and the necessary permissions, and to comply with the applicable regulations (including the GDPR) and your school's rules.
The publisher grants you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right of use. You agree not to copy, decompile or misuse the app.
The app, its code and its content (excluding the data you enter) remain the property of the publisher.
The app is provided without any guarantee that it is error-free or continuously available. To the extent permitted by law, the publisher cannot be held liable for data loss or damage arising from the use of the app. It is your responsibility to back up your data.
The publisher may change these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page.
